Default RE: Opinions on Crossbows

ORIGINAL: Big Duane

This thread changed dramatically when facts started being posted on the impacts crossbows have had in EVERY SINGLE OTHER STATE THEY'VE BEEN LEGALIZED FOR EVERYONE IN ARCHERY SEASON

This thread isn't being bumped by the anti-crosbowites because they don't have a single piece of fact to support keeping crossbows out of archery season for everyone.

Sorry guys, sorry Shultzy and Matt PA, its the truth, and sometimes the truth of things hurts.

Welcome crossbows, it will not be a negative to your archery season, it will bring in more money, strengthen your bowhunting numbers and all will be well. Its never went any other way.

BTW North American Whitetail I got yesterday, 3 of the buck articles I believe were crossbow kills, all the others compound, not a single real bow kill anywhere and all the advertisement was for crossbows and compounds.

My point is, the demand is there for crossbows.
You must be talking about the August issue? Because the July issue doesn't have 3 crossbow articles in it. Side note....It does have a GREAT article about hunting "MATURE" bucks that I think EVERYONE (GMMAT and co.)should read!! It was written by Don Higgens, and has some great info from people in the KNOW. Basically, it is saying a buck isn't really mature until he reaches 4 1/2 years old. Again, great read!
