If getting to my hunting spot was the sole purpose I wouldn't have a UTV.
I use mine for getting Deer out, setting/pulling stands, and sometimes checking trail cams.
Are they an advantage? Sometimes yes, but far from necessary where I Hunt.

I agree Dan. I've never used my ATV to get to where I want to hunt. If fact, I've never used it to pull a deer out as I've always been able to get my truck close..lol
I use it for discing food plots and plowing snow so far and that's about it. I did however ride my mountain bike to my treestand when my leg was in it's cast...LOL
