I used to hate quads. Then I realized that it was the people who abused them that I didn't like. Peolpe cutting up the roads, making trails in offlimits areas, going around gates on foot traffic only trails. I could go on. I don't have a problem with proper use.

Where I hunt quad trails are off limits to trucks. Though that is being abused as well.
The National Forest Service is making some good changes. They are CLEARLY marking EVERY trail. They have a detailed map of every trail. They are also going to close down more roads to truck use. When all the ground work is done they claim they will inforce these laws. I am all for this. I believe it will improve the trophy hunting. I hope they have the manpower to inforce this!
