knorberg - I know there are residents like you that don't want as many NRs hunting there. That is why you want the state to change the rules for the NR. Your argument is the same as mine...raise the price and you will have fewer hunters. I ask, is that really what your state is after? As far as my state goes, we have residents who feel the same way as you do about the NR. It is the very reason that we have a cap on the number of NRs who will get a tag. Due to the cap and due to the rep or fact that there are friends, relatives and land owners willing to pay the price, we might lose a few who don't want to pay the price but the next person in line will and all tags will get sold. We will not lose any revenue. Your state most likely will.
