Have any of you eaten gar.?
I always considered them an uneatable trash fish until my stepson brought some up from south florida. They we' re all around the 3-5 pound range. I' ll have to say they are some of the best eating fish I have ever tried. Im definatley going to keep them from now on. [8D]
