i did not here they can stay in between like spet 1 to feb 1

Check with your local laws. In Wi you have to pack out your stand at the end of the day and you have to have your stand tagged if youre hunting public land. Any stand found on public land after dark will be confiscated by the DNR if not by someone else before.
