RE: Opinions on Crossbows
As I was saying before...
For me it's not an issue of technology. If it's available and you want to shoot it, go and shoot it, however; in hunter-congested states I think xbows should be limited to gun hunting areas because of their 'point-and shoot' ability.
This isn't to say that walking past an idiot archer with a compound bow in public woods is safer by much, but the person with the compound bow has much more time to think before doing something stupid compared to the same archer(idiot archer in my example)with a crossbow in his hands.
