Pro's:
Lots of whitetail
Tons of exotic's
Quite a few hogs
Fair amount of turkey's
Private land
Thick cover for bedding

Con's:
No agriculteral fields in this entire region
Too thick-1200ac. of bedding...LOL
Wind swirls through the thick cedars terribly
