Ya, it does not matter where you live. The way the state works it if you own the land you don't need a licence. Just go hunt. If you kill one you just get a piece of paper and record the necessary info like name, address, date of kill, method of take. Then take it to a check station. I owned land and bought resident tags for 5 years there before someone pointed that out to me.
