Take me with a grain of salt. I just REALLY got into target shooting (3D) this past season.....and IMO....target shooting and hunting are 2 separate, mutually exclusive endeavors.
If I'm gonna practice targets......the gear, mentality, etc... will be set up for that. If I'm gonna practice for my hunting......I'll use the appropriate gear and mindset for that, also.

No problem, GMMAT. No apology needed, but it is appreciated. I guess I can understand how it might not be for everyone especially if you are using different gear. For myself, I'm using everything that I'll be using during hunting season, except the broadheads. It's good prep for me and I just think it could be good for others. Plus, I had a lot of fun shooting the last one.
