Been doing levee inspections for the last 13 days, all day every day. Seen lots of deer, including fawns. Saw one doe in particular that I am sure was pregnent, 3 days in a row, same place. Two days ago she became a no show. I am sure she was underground giving birth.

Think about it...does are in estrus and getting bred in Nov, Dec, and Jan here in the midwest. That means fawns are dropping for a period of 3 months.
