I lived and hunted in FL for about 10 years. Mostly Polk and Pasco counties. The spanish moss I see growing in those trees is a dead giveaway of typical FL. Do the oaks in FL drop acorns in the fall, or does the subtropical climate kepp them from producing them?

I always hunted swamp and big cutovers so I cant remember any acorns from oaks that I saw. I love my Oaks here in VA...always an automatic feeder come fall!
