Nah, we all have bad days. When You're having one... set the bow down and walk away. It's probably a torque, peaking, dropping the arm or something. It's not that there couldn't be something wrong with your set up... but I think it's just a bad day. The best thing you could probably do would be to step up to 10 feet from the target and just shoot blind bails with your eyes closed. Just concentrating on back tension and pulling through the shot. 30 minutes of that will definitely help your form and shots down the line. If we all did it every day we shoot before we try to hit a bullseye, we'd be a lot better off.
