I tested the G5 striker 100 grain head with 1 1/8" cut, vanes were offset as far as the Bitz will allow it to gowithout it falling offthe shaft. I was pretty impressed as to what this G5will do. I've only been at it about2 yrs but I shoot quite a bit at least as much as the kids allow.... I took 10 shots each set up at 25, 35 and 45 yds at a standard 5 spot indoor target.I score anything in the whiteX 5 pts, next whitering 4 pts and the blue rings were 3 and 2 pts, a miss was a big fat zero.I personally liked the 4 vane config the best...any of these set ups worked well. I will testthe QS3 and the Max Hunter 3 too soon. The scores are above each picture of the target starting with the blazer 3.
I did NOT move my field tip sight at all...I think the max hunter would have done much better, did shoot majority to the right and you have to take pilot error in there too. I will say the Max Hunter is easier to fletch than the blazer or QS.
Blazer 3 25 yds--46pts 35yds--38pts 45yds--38pts
Blazer 4 25yds--45pts 35yds--43pts 45yds--38pts
