Well I decided it is time to start shooting the muzzy again. I took out my 58cal Renegade. I started out shooting 120gr FFG KIK, dry wad, Mink Oil lubedpatch, and a .570 Hornady roundball. It was shooting great so for the heck of it I bottomed out my powder measure to 125gr. It still shot great and I think it even tightened up my group a bit. I think my new hunting load will be 125gr FFG KIK with the roundball. After playing around with that I took my charge down to 70gr FFG to save some powder and just have fun shooting.

I have really been likeing this KIK powder. I cant really tell if it is dirtier or cleaner than Goex. I dont really care either. I do think it has more energy though. It was great getting out and shooting again. I think I am going to start shooting every week if I can.
