Be sure to get the facts straight ahead of time! There is a local ex-car dealer in my area that spent several months in a Mexican jail and lost his dealership and American gun rights for having bullets in his car! I believe that his case was supposed to go to the Supreme Court, I don't know if he got anything resolved or not!
Being a "criminal" in Mexico, they finally released him to American custody, as a felon! Due to a felony record, he has no gun rights and had to also get rid of a large gun collection!
To me its not worth the risk to hunt in Mexico!
