I would consider it my primary RECREATIONAL priority. But certainly not above the responsibilities I have to my loved ones. I've heard plenty of horror stories of spouses/girlfriends who go absolutely ballistic ifa guy doesn't devote 110% of their freetime to family. That's every bit as unhealthy as the schmuck who calls off work and forgets s/he has children during the deer season. It's all aboutcompromise.
