Thanks for all of the info guys...You would think that due to the economy, less people would be traveling and paying these prices but I think we'll see some real changes by next year. I predict that many of these land owners will see the light when they fail to lease out their properties this year and will have no choice but to drop the price next year...that is, if they need the money and want to lease the property.
