Is it me or are some of these So.GA land owners smoking some funny Crops? I have heard of Leases going for as much as $17 an acre [&:]. Only a few years ago, you could lease hunting property for $7-10 in the same areas. Has anyone had similar experiences?
Those club's with low membership dues, have
many members and under2000 acres.....
One of the highest Club dues come from Leases that are owned by Proctor & Gamble and Georgia Pacific....Some of the lowest are Saint Lucy & Buckeye Paper....
