I would travel and hunt but I would spend 99% of my time in North America. I would start with elk in early sept., and then move on to whitetails in Alberta, and then the Milk River, and then into the midwest and then down to texas. I would mix in some bear hunts and try to turkey hunt every state that I could fit in from early march until the end of may. I would throw in some antelope, mule deer, and moose hunts in the mix but whitetails always have been and always will be on the top of my list and there just isn't much outside of north america that exites me. I would probably go to africa since money was no object but it's not something that is high on my priority list.
