I looked into getting a Howa in .270WSM but they don't make one. However, they do have a Weatherby Vanguard in .270WSM.
I just purchased a Vanguard Sporter in 308 and am very happy with it. Shot great groups right out of the box and was very pleased with the fit and finish.
