Man I don't know.. I used to only have 1 deer rifle which was a Weatherby 243 Vangard VGL.. Which I have since retired until my Son gets old enough to shoot it.. But I have been on a buying spree and have 6 others to choose from.. .. But if I was going to pick it would be either the Model 7 243 or the Ruger Compact in 7mm08.
