I think I'll fling some arrows this weekend just to see how it feels.
Today I went for a ride on the four-wheelerbehind my Dads property with the old man. He was showing me the food plots we put in last month. He waspretty excited about hownicelyhis property is looking. He was also talking about a nice buck in velvet he's been seeing entering his woods in the morning.
I think everything will be just fine once he gets past this amputation andgets his prosthetic leg. Eventually the doc says he should be able to doall ofthe things he could do before the accident like walk, hunt, fish, ride a bike, etc. He asked the doctor is he'd be able to play hockey again. The doc said "It's possible". My dad said, "That would beGREAT, because I haven't been able to do that in 30 years!".

At least the old man still has his sense of humor.
