Know really the can helps me concentrate on teh shot, its kinda wierd, but i can shoot at just a target and shoot like crap, and stick a can or bottle or whaterver and i shoot better.

You shoot better because you actually picking out a spot to shoot at. Aim small, miss small. The problem with this is, there are no soda cans on the lungsof deer, so how are you going to pick a spot then. I would recommend you practice at 3D targets and get good at picking a spot on a deer to hit.
