Jeff, what kind of workouts did you and your team do in college?
MG...we had a strength coach....but it was nothign to brag about (our workouts). He was hired to work with the football team....and our workouts were geared towards "them" more than "us". Don't get me wrong....I got strong (315 max bench for a 200#'er)...but we never worked on flexibility......and I feel like our injury history reflected that (I feel that way, now).

If I had it to do over, again....and had NO direction......I'd work more on more reps and flexibility. And CORE....as a catcher in college....I lost 20#'s throughout the season (caught 55 games my senior year). Again...I'd work on core and flexibility (and endurance) a LOT more.....were I to be "back there".
