Gary this is the best advice i have heard on here for awhile

at 42 Im still down about 40# from 1 1/2 years ago and feeling great

weighing in about 195 ,still hiting the weights (what the shoulder will allow) I drink water like it is going out of style, gave up pop. My bench was real close to 250 before my shoulder injury with the trash bag

Now i gotta go lighter until i get it fixed (shooting for Dec) like i said great advice, just the water intake alone makes a hugh difference, you notice it when your using a climber. the sweating is reduced way down
