ORIGINAL: hatchet jack
I start walking around April in work 3 miles a day. Then in June through the whole summer I ride my bike 15 miles 5 days a week til hunting season. I always keep my legs in the best possible shape. When the legs go it all about over!!! Im 49 and I still can climb the hills with the best of them!

Biking is a great workout. I would love to get a decent road bike and start incorporating that. Heck, 49 isn't old, especially if you're still working out like that, I hope I still can.
