Neither, I want momentum. Regardless of how fast your bow is different weight arrows will normally fall in the same KE range providing you don't change the draw length or draw weight. The difference between a lighter faster arrow and slower heavier arrow has more to do with momentum than it does KE. The Heavier arrow will carry that energy farther, where as the lighter one bleeds off energy faster.
