I will be headed to Erie this week and my dad will be going just to walk the course and watch. From what I heard is that there is a $10 range pass for him.. is that correct? He plans on taking a chair for himself with a pouch underneath. Am I allowed to tossin some tools into that pouch for a just in case moment if I am not the one carrying it? Is he able to carry a golf umbrella for myself or others in our group to use for shade on shots if needed?

I just want to make sure I understand the correct rules before hand.
