Here's another question for those who said they would take it........What if the owner was looking at you at say 50 yards away, close enough to tell that the antler is on his property, are you still picking it up? Why not? Is the fact that the owner is standing there make a difference? Should it?

If the property is posted then in essence the land owner is telling you not to go onto his property, this includes reaching onto and picking something up off of it. He doesn't have to stand there, he/she is telling you via posted sign.

How many of you would justyell at him "Hey old fart, I'm taking this antlerso you can just shove it because it's within my reach, so go back inside and eat a chicken pot pie![:@]"

I'm interested to find out who would still take the antler if the owner is watching.
