Yes it is Dan. There's a distinct white mark on the left side on his hind quarter. I've got pics of it showing the white mark in the day time pics and night time pics. I'm not sure what that white mark is though, maybe a twig or something hanging on the hide. If you really look close at his head you can see its the same bear.
