hunthard...I am a resident of Canada, born and raised here all my life. In short the draw system allows you to put in for a certain animal in a cetain zone (area) where they limit the amount of tags or have a size restriction (4 point or better). It takes years sometimes to get drawn for certain areas because of the quantity & quality of animals. Hope that answers your question...JDinAB
