If I could reach it without setting foot on there land I'd grab it. Otherwise no I wouldn't. I would ask 1st if I could cross the fence on foot.

I've actually been in this predicament before, the shed was about 10' on the other side of a fence. I called the land owner and asked him If I could jump across his fence and grab a shed antler. These land owners are allot like me, they go crazy on trespasser's so I figured I better practice what I preach and call them instead. He said go for it.

I ended up making a good friend out of the situation, I can go shed hunting on his land anytime now without asking.
