When I shot a recurve I ws told to pretend you are pointing your index finger on the hand that is holding the bow at what you want to hit. Because if you just pick out objects and point at them with your finger your brain will make it right on ever time,so when you draw your bow just get your brain to think that the arrow is your index finger anchor and let it rip!!
