No. The other one controls the opposite cam. You would only need to twist or untwist the other cable if the opposite cam wasn't timed correctly as well.
Ok, I see, I'm still getting used to this binary cam system. For some reason I kept visualizing buss cables on my single cam...thinking adjusting one side would cause cam lean...but now I see I was just adjusting both cams instead of adjusting just one cable. I guess that's how you learn I suppose.
