Like you said, you want your draw stop to hit the limb before the cable stops hit. About a 1/16" will do. YOur cams look in time and if you adjust your stop just a tad, your valley will be much bigger and more solid. I had the exact same problem on my alleigance.

Having a draw board is great for doing this type of tuning.
