Went to Caryonah many years ago after a fallow or sika. Two deer in afive to tenacre pen. Not for me. Sheep herd was in another ten to fifteen acre pen. I asked whether there was anything not in a pen and was told only hogs.We got a dog and went outand got a nice meat hog.Most enclosures are small. If fair chase is what you're after, you better check on the acreage before you book.
