RE: Annual "Dream Team" thread....
Personally - I like my odds with the Dark Horses. Or a resurrected TeamXX.
Funny thing about this contest is: If you have a guy who shoots a 60" deer, 3 years in a row - he's statisticallymore valuablethan a guy who shoots a 170-class buck and goes 1-for-3. Consistency wins championships.
Now, just off the top of my head, I personallyremember these guys going at least 2-for-3 in the past 3 seasons:
Hunsucker
Rob
Motownhonkey
Shed33
Rybohunter
BOW_HNT
buttonbuckmaster
Dukemichaels
kshunter
Antlereater
Tribal
GregH
Germ
Dubbya
130woodman
MNpurple
bry
Justin
Greg/MO
RickJames
jmbuckhunter
AR34
Tribal
buckeye
teejay
The King is 3-for-3. Obviously.

I'm sure I missed a bunch...
There's a lot of discussion on this site about "location." Right or wrong, location might play a pretty big part in the caliber of whitetail you're shooting, but the great thing about this contest is that "location" isn't nearly as much of a factor as is consistency.
The point is: I don't care if you've never killed a 100" deer in your entire life. Hell, there may not be a PY class deer in your entire county. The crux of what I'm saying here is that if you're filling your buck tag every year, you can be on my team anytime.
This is a contest of quantity, not quality - consistency, not location.
