I have to agree with Colorado about the trigger's. Personally I can take or leave the Accu-Trigger. I prefer a good crisp, adjusted Remington trigger-but to me it is a toss up. For me the problem with the Savage is their stocks. I just do not care for them. I also find it ironic that when Remington and Savage both use the same stock-the Savage rifle costs more?? I would go with the Remington, as long as you can get the twist rate you want. IMO Savage has the ear of the shooter's in their rifling twists.

There are a lot of different things to consider. Tom.
