Of the 3 rounds you list I'd take the .325
For my own preference I'd want a 9.3 X 62 or a 375 H&H.
I already have a 30/06 and a 8mm/06, both virtually the same... and if I wanted to step up a bit I'd want to go a fair bit bigger.
