Depends if your stalking or sitting?
Stalking I would go to the 400-800 and depneds if your a cold person by nature?
Sitting ~ as much as you can and bring the toe heaters (little throw away packs), never hurts to be too safe for comfort on an all day sit.
Don't forget the newer technology style socks, there expensive but they work.
