If you signed anything..or he has the ability to submit to collections....a letter from a good attorney, whom has all the information and is aware that you shot, tracked and then gave up the search.....I think it will go away.
I wouldnt pay a dime to that guy.
I agree...he is just trying to get a little more milk out of the cow...and the fact that you already did pay and now he is wanting trophy fees on his word and a email pic is bull.
