I have noticed that when my cell is on vibrate, and the woods are real quiet, it makes enough noise that I believe if a deer were close enough that it would/could be heard. It gets left in the truck now. I won't take that kind of chance when I'm trying to kill a buck. I take my chit seriously.I'm notTHAT far from humanity!
That is unless you are laying in the woods hurt needing help.
I have 1 friend and know another person that are paralized as a result of hunting accients.One spent 24 hours laying on the ground unable to move untill help arrived.(extenuating circumstances with work schedules caused the extreme delay)No one knew he wasn't back untill then.
Put it in a pocket,the deer won't hear it.
