Hey Q2, accorrding to the speedchart a 29" draw VFT will get 311-319fps, granted that is at IBO specs. According to " the archery program" your arrow weighs 393gr. I came to this weight like this : 100gr tip with insert and 3 vanes weighing 15gr, so I may be off a little.
Anyway at a 29" draw, 70lb draw weight and your arrow you should get 297-305fps out of a VFT. I f you go with a dual cam Patriot you can increase that speed to 302-310ps. And the BK tall braceheight will give you 307-315fps. Hope this helps. Have fun choosing your new bow!!
