RE: predator hunting
I'm not sure where you are from and i have to agree with devil dog that coyotes anyway here in nebraska the white light doesn't seem to bother them we justtry to avoid shining it directly in their eyes. we actually do a lot of our hunting during the day. it goes a lot better when food is scarce and they are out looking for it. some theories around here is that you shouldn't hunt during the day after a full moon because they have been out hunting all night. although we've had luck anyway. i think the biggest key is persistence, because you will make a lot more stands and not call one in than you will have stands that they do come in. don't be afraid to howl too other that have fun at your new found sport and good luck
