We have a few bears every year roaming the woods. in 2004 we had 1 mom with 4 cubs yes 4 cubs, 2 more hanging around together and another mom with 1 cub!! all on about 240 acres! four on our 80 and the mom with 4 cubs was hanging around mostly on the two 80 beside our place!! Every year we have aprox. 2-4 bears around our place.
Thats pretty neat whitetail, a guy don't see 4 cubs with a sow just too often. Last year I seen the biggest sow I've ever seen (400+) that had 4 cubs, both were a 1st for me. I seen her a month before season opened up by my dads place in Northern Minnesota. Are you from Canada?
