Ya know, if ya really want to hunt any managment area, you can even without a permit. If you get caught it's only a "hunting without a permit" ticket, like $80. I won't do it, but found out last year on a turkey hunt at fisheating creek. Lyke' brothers leasee's went onto the management area and got caught shooting a tom. All the game warden said he could do was take the bird as evidence and give him the ticket. Can't charge ya with "felony tresspass or tresspass" on property owned/leased by the state.
