I like 600gr arrow with 18-20% FOC kicking at a whole 190fps.
Here comes the "trad" calvary

Nothing Trad about this setup for my Bowtech Old Glory
65lbs with 453 grn arrows with a FOC of 22% (205 grains up front on that arrow fellas) shooting at just below 260FPS with Kinetic energy of 67 ft lbs.
And this coming season Im going up in arrow weight to the 530-55-grn range With an FOC of 21%
