What alot of these people are speaking of is when it comes down to the week or two before season, go out and shoot just one arrow at the target as if the target was a deer.
This is after a long pre season of shooting and practice. In which case shooting one arrow should be right on the money and you should have no need to shoot anymore!
I agree with whatHardwoods has said here. I started a thread, I think last year or the year before,reguarding one shot practice. There were mixed opinions on it as per usual on the forum. GMMAT knows what I'mreferring to.


But I maintain it's a good way to practice once you have your basic shooting skills locked in. I use it every year as the season gets close as well as when it's underway.
