Default RE: Been seeing alot of guys talking about the one shot practice but,

What alot of these people are speaking of is when it comes down to the week or two before season, go out and shoot just one arrow at the target as if the target was a deer.
This is after a long pre season of shooting and practice. In which case shooting one arrow should be right on the money and you should have no need to shoot anymore!

I will also try to do this as well but hold the bow back for a minute or two to train your muscles in case it happens in the woods!! Also I believe the holding the bow back should also be practiced throughout the year while in or at the end of shooting round!
